Additionally, Health Compliance Team provides a HIPAA Manual with both the Privacy and Security issues covered as well as an open matrix for the facility to operate under. The audit includes chart documentation and auditing of required state and federal compliance posters. Additionally, testing software is provided free. HIPAA Reviews including the Privacy and Security aspects are conducted with all appropriate interactive training.
